Terms and refunds

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase of a digital book or pack (PDF and image files) on this website. The seller is [Name], [Straße und Hausnummer / street], [PLZ, Ort / postcode, city], Morocco (‘we’).

2. Your order

The books shown on this website are not yet a binding offer. You make a binding offer when you complete your order in the Whop checkout, and the contract is formed once your payment is confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

The price shown when you order applies. Payment is handled by Whop, for example by card. There are no delivery costs.

4. Delivery

You receive the book as a PDF file and, with a pack, the other files listed for it (PDFs, images in a ZIP file). You can download everything straight after payment, and you also receive an email with your access.

5. Your licence

You may use and print the files for your own personal use, and you may give printed copies as gifts. You may not share, forward, sell or publish the files.

6. Money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights: if the book or your pack doesn’t help you, we will refund the full price within 14 days of your purchase. A short email to adamaknouch727@gmail.com is enough. You don’t have to give a reason.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can normally cancel within 14 days. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, if you agreed to receive the content straight away and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel. Our money-back guarantee (section 6) applies either way.

8. Faulty files

If a file is faulty or won’t open, tell us and we will replace it or refund you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the country where you live.
